SecurEnvoy
Building a strong and scalable Drupal website for an industry leader in digital security.
As the original inventors of tokenless multi-factor authentication, SecurEnvoy provides digital security services across a wide range of industries.
SecurEnvoy came to JBi with the objective of designing and building a strong, scalable new website on a Drupal CMS that would showcase their impressive range of security products and position them as industry leaders.
Their previous site had a sprawling sitemap and a long list of unnecessary subdomains, resulting in confusing user journeys that were having a negative impact on user experience and conversion rates.
They were looking for a fresh and modern website experience in line with their new and improved brand identity.
As well as effectively migrating and improving SEO value, SecurEnvoy wanted to introduce a new multisite architecture that would allow them to reach an international audience in multiple languages.

UX-focused Discovery phase to explore stakeholder objectives and define key user journeys.
The first phase of the project included a series of stakeholder workshops to define internal expectations for the new website, as well as to understand the wants and needs of SecurEnvoy’s various audiences.
This allowed us to develop a set of user personas and journeys that would serve as a central reference point for the new site’s Information Architecture and Design.
A detailed audit of SecurEnvoy’s existing SEO informed the new site’s structure and content, including the managed consolidation of its various subdomains.
Alongside this, the JBi team identified a new keyword strategy that would help deliver against SecurEnvoy’s longer-term business goals.
Elevating Brand Impact: Unleashing SecurEnvoy's Identity through Collaborative Web Design and Engaging Multimedia
SecurEnvoy wanted their new brand to come across loud and clear on the new website.
JBi’s creative team worked collaboratively with SecurEnvoy across a series of brainstorming sessions to define a look and feel based on its brand guidelines.
Functional wireframes were then designed for the new website’s key pages, which were developed into responsive UI designs and signed off by the client.
The designs were supported by the creation of a set of eye-catching icons and a series of animated videos which will showcase SecurEnvoy’s new brand identity at events.
Consolidating 32 regional websites and microsites into three core sites on a robust Drupal CMS.
By building the new website on a scalable, multilingual Drupal CMS framework, we ensured that SecurEnvoy would be able to easily publish content across UK, German and US versions, as well as additional languages in future.
We were also able to customise the website’s admin panels, ensuring a scalable backend and optimised UX for SecurEnvoy’s internal teams. This has given SecurEnvoy the capability to manage their own website, content and imagery going forward.
Before going live, the new site was subject to robust vulnerability and penetration testing (VAPT) by an external vendor.
We are proud to have delivered a secure CMS which remains intuitive and easy to use through a customised admin panel.
