Goji
Redesigning the website of a fast-growing fintech company.
Goji is an investment platform focused on direct, peer-to-peer lending and sustainable investing. Goji builds products and tools which they licence to investors, thereby enabling them to benefit from it.
JBi was tasked with reflecting Goji’s growing brand with a new website, which would explain its product to two different user bases: advisors and investors.
The topic is quite complex and we needed to clearly explain this through the design and UX. The key objectives were to reduce the website’s bounce rate and keep people engaged, so they could be educated on the product and consider investing.

Goji’s new website needed to represent its brand whilst communicating with product-specific user bases via streamlined UX.
We began by running extensive benchmarking and competitor research.
Based on this, we agreed that a simple navigation, logical content structure and specific, consistent language would be vital to the success of the website. We created a bespoke icon set in Goji’s new branding, which enhanced the fluid transitions and creative presentation of Goji’s products.
We worked closely with the client’s stakeholders to map user journeys, which helped to organise their ideas and ensure that the user was always at the centre of the website’s designs and architecture.
Revolutionizing Peer-to-Peer Lending: Transformative Design Strategies and Bespoke Infographics
Following the benchmarking and competitor analysis, we progressed to wireframing. This continued to structure the client’s thinking and underpinned the design strategy.
We workshopped changes to the designs with the client, working in real time to make changes whilst consulting on their ideas throughout. Our designers worked directly with the client to present our ideas and sketch things up as our ideas developed.
Bespoke infographics were also created to show how different lending opportunities worked. These worked really well to explain the complexity of peer-to-peer lending..
Focusing on UX, SEO and scalability.
The Goji website was developed on a WordPress CMS, with a bespoke admin panel to allow for easy content changes and page updates.
JBi’s SEO team was involved throughout the process, ensuring that the designs, metadata and content were optimised for search. Google Analytics was also set up for the site, with agreed goals based on conversion targets.
The Goji team was involved throughout and given access to a staging site, where they were able to test and review the site before Go Live.
